Man held on domestic assault charges
The Winona County Sheriff's Department has arrested a Dakota man after he allegedly bumped his wife with his truck. Lucas William Stinson is in custody at the Winona County Jail following the incident last night outside his wife's home. Reports say Stinson and his wife are separated. A verbal argument began when Stinson came to take the couple's children for an event. It reportedly was not his turn to have them. She allegedly stood in front of his truck as Stinson attempted to leave with the children. She told officers he "tapped" her with the front of the truck. Stinson is being referred to the county attorney for a charge of domestic assault fear.
