Pothole Relief Planned For Highway 61
Sometime in the coming weeks, Highway 61 between Highway 248 and Winona will finally be receiving some T-L-C from the Minnesota Department of Transportation. MnDot will be overlaying the worst sections of road surface with a thin bituminous overlay with other areas to be patched. The repairs are meant to be temporary as MnDot plans major road surface improvements for that stretch of road during the summer of 2009.
