Winona County foreclosure rates are down for '09
While the rate of home foreclosures continues to rise across the country, Winona County is seeing its numbers going the other way. According to the Winona County recorder's office, 69 properties have been foreclosed in 2009. That number is down about 7 percent when compared to the same time last year, while the national number is up by 19 percent from 2009.
