Winona County to consider adopting new planning ordinance

County residents will have one final opportunity to speak out on the proposed Winona County zoning ordinance at tonight's county board meeting. The Winona County commissioners will consider adoption of the document after the public hear which is set to begin at 7:00 p.m. in the board room of the Winona County Government Center.
