Stockton Hill accident closes Highway 14
An accident involving at least three vehicles forced the closure of Highway 14 west of Winona. The accident, involving a semi and two passenger vehicles, happened this morning shortly after 8:00 east of Stockton on Stockton Hill. At least one person was taken to Winona Health for treatment. The Minnesota Department of Transportation said it closed Highway 14 in both directions while the state patrol investigated the accident scene and while crews cleaned up debris. The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating the accident.
