The Minnesota "Sesquicentennial Banner" arrived in Winona Wednesday afternoon. The banner was welcomed at the Winona Public Library with a short welcome program. The banner is making its way across the state in honor of Minnesota's 150th Anniversary of Statehood. The banner has also visited Wabasha and other area communities. Before the end of the sequicentennial celebration, the banner will have travelled to each county in Minnesota.
