The defense rests; closing arguments to be heard Monday in Nissalke trial
The Jack Nissalke murder trial will go to the jury next week. After calling just two witnesses, the defense has rested its case. Judge Robert Benson said closing arguments would begin next week following the long July 4 holiday weekend. Nissalke is accused of fatally stabbing Ada Frances Senenfelder in June 1985.
