Flood issues to be discussed at an open house
An open house to discuss flooding issues in the region is scheduled for St. Charles next week. The meeting will be held in the St. Charles Community Center March 20 at 7:00 p.m. The open house will be preceeded by a meeting of the Whitewater Joint Powers Board at 5:30 p.m. Daryl Buck with the Winona Soil and Conservation District will be the speaker.
